Vehicle Age Agreement
(Required)
Vehicle Age and Parts Availability: Customer understands that for vehicles older than 10 years of age, Eyre HD may not be able to acquire the necessary parts to repair their vehicle. Time spent diagnosing, searching for parts, servicing, and inspecting vehicles will be paid for at the current hourly labor rate, even in the event total repair is not possible.

Storage Fee Agreement
(Required)
Storage Fee: Customer understands a grace period of 1 week will be extended to customers, after their repair is completed and they are notified of its completion, to pick up their vehicle. Beyond that, a daily storage fee of $250/day will be charged. Eyre HD reserves the right to extend the grace period on a case-by-case basis when necessary.

Parts Deposit Agreement

Customer understands that a deposit of 50% parts is required prior to parts being ordered for authorized repairs. For this reason, an active credit card must be provided at time of drop-off.
